Conveniently located near public transportation to Venice. Great staff and excellent breakfast. Helpful in selling tram tickets and providing parking. Clean hotel with easy access to shops and supermarket.

This hotel is a great value for money option in a very central area outside Venice. The location is ideal for commuting, with tram and bus stops near at hand, getting you to the station or Venice in just 10-15 minutes. The staff here are very good, welcoming, and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious, with basic amenities such as air conditioning and an open window for fresh air. The breakfast provided is satisfactory and gets the job done.
Everything was just fine and there isn't much that could be improved.

The location of the hotel is perfect for backpackers, as it is close to the bus station to Venice and the city center of Mestre. Getting to the center of Venice by bus is quick and convenient, taking only 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast is delicious and the morning coffee is exceptional.
One negative aspect to note is that the internet connection is outdated and does not work well.
